BLAUE MILITÄR-JACKE Douglas Raymond Dorrer, Clarksburg, West Virginia, USA. »Ich war beim Luftwaffen-Reservekommando in letzter Zeit und davor im aktiven Dienst für lange Jahre. Ich habe keinen Sohn, dem ich die Uniformjacke weiterreichen könnte, so beschloss ich, sie der Familien- Skulptur zu stiften, behängt mit allen meinen Auszeichnungen. Ich bin ›Technical Sergeant‹, was an den Streifen am Ärmel zu erkennen ist. BLUE MILITARY JACKET Douglas Raymond Dorrer, Clarksburg, West Virginia, USA. “I was in the Air Force Reserves most recently and prior to that in active service for more a number of years. I do not have a son to pass this uniform on to, so I decided to donate it to the
sculpture together with all my military awards. My rank is ‘Technical Sergeant’ as can be recognized by the stripes on the sleeves of the jacket. I think this jacket will get an honourable place in the Dorrer history.” Modeled by Fritz Rafetseder, Neustadtl/Donau, Austria.
